  • Weekly 1:1 coaching to make adjustments and keep you on track towards your goals and make sure your plan fits in perfectly with your lifestyle.

  • Access to our private Discord community where you’ll obtain important material to better educate you on your training and nutrition journey. (For example, supplementation guide).

  • In-app personalized fitness profile with a calendar of workouts, demo videos, progress tracking, nutrition tracking, messaging and more. (TRANSPARENT PROGRESS!)

ONLINE TRAINING APP OPTIONS

  • Customized Training Plans. After an in-depth phone and email consultation a customized training program will be determined for you and your specific needs.

  • On-Demand Workouts. Gym or home on-demand workouts to do at your own pace. Leave the thinking up to me. :) Workouts change monthly.

  • Challenges. Commit yourself to a challenge! For example, an 8 week physique, 21 day jump start, or 90 day transformation challenge.

2. Complete payment with your personal information.
3. You will receive a payment notification and an email where you must complete a questionnaire with all your personal information. This questionnaire will be the basis for adjusting the plan to your needs.
4. You will receive your complete plan 3 to 5 days before your chosen start date.
Be sure to take the time to complete the questionnaire and set up the app!
