I incorporate Pilates as a foundation to building core stabilization and balance; then progress it with resistance exercises and intervals that continuously challenge strength, endurance, control, and coordination. You will find these fusions in all of my personalized fitness programs, and will always leave feeling like you got a unique and challenging workout!

One on One Training sessions include assessments, nutrition consultations, and 60 minutes of customized training to reach your unique fitness/wellness goals. I use a variety of functional training equipment, such as the machines, stability balls, dumbbells, resistant bands, and more.

Semi Private Training is for 2 people with similar fitness goals while still being provided with personalized guidance.

Group Training is for 3-8 people, class times are set, workouts are set to different body parts on different days.
